Clawson Communications, Inc. - Safety First
Every day thousands of construction workers are exposed to possible
injuries and death at work sites. Recognition of hazardous conditions is
critical and is the driving force behind Clawson Communications, Inc.'s safety
program. Training is imperative to our employees to avoid
accidents and reduce risk of injury. Clawson Communications, Inc
is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all
employees.
To protect our employees, Clawson Communications has implemented the following:
- Safety Director
Full-time OSHA trained Safety Director on staff to oversee our Safety Program - CCI Safety Team
Our Safety Team was developed in May of 2003 and is composed of management and construction employees. This Safety Team meets on a monthly basis and its goal is to be proactive in providing and preserving a safe and efficient working environment for all of our employees. - Safety Training
Our safety training includes orientation, weekly tool box meetings, monthly safety handouts, mandatory quarterly safety meetings, OSHA 10 hour training for all construction employees, OSHA 30 hour training for all supervisors, hazard identification training, PPE training, MSDS training, first aid training, confined space training, and CPR training. - Drug Testing
Our drug testing includes pre-employment, random, CDL licensing, MICCS yearly testing, and post-accident - Rewards Program
Our rewards program includes quarterly safety meeting handouts of PPE materials, yearly rewards for accident free employees, and a Safety Employee of the Year award. - MICCS
